What are the design standards for multi-family districts if we remove special permit requirements to comply with MBTA-CA?

This question was studied by the Select Board Multifamily Permitting Committee. A set of design standards and a site review process for the multi-family districts is included in the MBTA-CA Consensus Warrant Article.

By and large, the design standards conform to the design of existing buildings within the M-districts.
